From your room to your first edition.

  1. Choose your line. Reserve with 20% today, or pay in full for 5% off and priority in production.
  2. Made for the first edition. Your piece is made to order and numbered, one of 50 across the collection. Receive updates as production progresses.
  3. Arrives in 10 to 12 weeks. We confirm dispatch and arrange the remaining balance and shipping before it leaves. Your reservation stays fully refundable until dispatch.

How do I choose the right placement?

Each piece has one standard size. Open Size & placement for its layout: Meridian shows the distance between ceiling points; Arc shows the installation area; Fall and Slant show the tube length; Wave and Veil show the bar length. Garden has three curves. These are planning measurements, with final dimensions confirmed from the first production samples.

For advice on your room, send a photo and ceiling height. We help you choose the piece and its position.

How do I reserve?

Choose your piece and reserve with 20% of the full price. The remaining 80% and shipping are arranged before dispatch. You can also pay in full for 5% off and priority in production. Your price is locked when you reserve, and what you pay is fully refundable until dispatch.

When will it arrive?

Delivery is 10 to 12 weeks from your reservation. Your estimated delivery dates appear beside the reservation button. We keep you informed during production and confirm the dispatch date before your piece leaves.

Can I change my reservation?

Yes. Contact us before dispatch to cancel for a full refund of what you paid. After delivery, you have 14 days to request a return. See our refund policy for the full terms.

How is shipping arranged?

We send a shipping quote before dispatch, together with any remaining balance. Within the European Union, there are no import duties. For destinations outside the EU, local duties and taxes may be charged on delivery.

What about a custom installation?

For a different scale or a particular space, request a proposal. Share your room dimensions and the piece you have in mind.

What do the images show?

These are concept renderings of the standard pieces, shown by day and with their 2700 K warm white light switched on. We will share photographs of the first production samples, including the final fittings and dimensions, as they arrive.
